Vision Furniture Event Rentals is a Philadelphia-based, B2B event rental company providing distinctive furniture, décor, and custom-branded elements for weddings, corporate events, galas, social celebrations, and experiential events.
We work exclusively with event professionals, including event planners and designers, venues, caterers, hotels, country clubs, florists, production companies, photographers, entertainment agencies, universities, and fellow rental companies.
Based in Philadelphia, Vision serves events throughout the region and along the East Coast, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and beyond.

Furniture, Decor + Custom Branding
Our rental collection includes dining chairs, tables, lounge furniture, bars and bar backs, cocktail tables, bar stools, display pieces, rugs, lighting, decorative structures, faux greenery, charger plates, and specialty event furnishings.
Vision also offers in-house custom branding for select rental products, allowing furniture and décor to become part of the event’s visual identity. From custom bar fronts and branded back bars to vinyl graphics, logos, and specialty finishes, our team can transform pieces from our collection to complement a specific event, brand, or creative concept.
