Delivery, Pick Up + Minimums:
Delivery Base Price:
$250 for basic deliveries within 20 miles of the Vision Warehouse (19135) – this price includes delivery and pickup with at least a 2-hour crew arrival window between 7:30AM – 5:30PM any day of the week. Some locations/orders with challenging logistics will have a higher rental base fee.
When booking, please offer us the broadest delivery/pickup windows possible. We will do our best to work within your required time frames.
Requested delivery and pick-up times will be noted however these will not be guaranteed/confirmed until the week of rental based on crews/truck/inventory availability.
Product Minimum:
$500 product minimum on all orders requiring delivery with 25 miles of VF warehouse (19135). Customer pickup can be coordinated with certain items if minimum is not met. Surcharge can also be applied to meet minimum. Minimum order amount will change depending on distance.
Included in Full-Service Delivery/Pickup:
Upon delivery we will unbag our chairs, tables and lounge furniture from their protective covers and attach cushions where needed. Upon pickup we will bag/protect our furniture and remove cushions. Some locations/orders with challenging logistics will have an additional setup fee.
As a courtesy we will help set up product and place chairs if the room is ready and if requested in advance in your order notes. We will help with one version of product setup only. A seating chart/floorplan must be emailed in advance and also be available on site for our team. Otherwise, chairs will be left in stacks for the customer to setup and lounge furniture will be placed in a determined location.
If a room diagram is provided and noted in the order notes, we will assist your team with placing products as a courtesy and get them close to where they are needed. Please have someone from your team on-site to offer aid/guidance as the final setup is the responsibility of the customer.
SURCHARGES:
*Fees can vary in price based on order size, venue logistics and timing. Please consult with your rep to confirm pricing.
After Hours Surcharge of *at least $150 will be added for every delivery or pickup that is scheduled outside the hours of 7:30AM-5:30PM requiring at least a 2-hour crew arrival window.
1 Hour Delivery Window surcharge of *at least $150 will be added for every delivery or pickup that is requiring a 1-hour crew arrival window. If sharp windows are required, please inquire to see the feasibility for your order.
Rush Order Surcharge:
Orders placed 48hrs or less before delivery date will incur *at least a $150 fee. This timing excludes Saturdays and Sundays as our office is not open to make changes. This fee covers scheduling changes necessary to accommodate last minute orders.
Limited Access Surcharge:
A limited access surcharge of *at least $150 will be assessed on any rental that presents unique logistical challenges where the final product destination is far from the truck unloading location or instances that involve stairs, elevators, back yards, or fields where trucks cannot park, etc. Please review the delivery circumstances with your rental representative in advance to confirm pricing and if a surcharge is applicable.
Small Rentals – Wholesale:
If only a few rental items are needed, some of our products can be picked up from our warehouse to avoid the $500 minimum order/delivery fees.
Changes within 48 hours of Delivery:
Your delivery and pickup times must be finalized at least 48hours prior to the delivery. While we enjoy helping our customers, it has become a challenge to
accommodate major rental changes within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery time. All logistical coordination with products, staff, trucks, and paperwork is done prior to 48 before delivery, so last-minute scheduling changes become difficult to accommodate. If a scheduling request change is received within 48 hours of delivery and can be accommodated, there will be a cost of
at least $200.
Location Not Ready Surcharge: a surcharge of *at least $150 or $150 per hour for delivery or pick up where the location is not ready to accept delivery/pickup during the confirmed times (30 min. grace period). If the location is not open on arrival during the confirmed delivery times, we will wait 30 minutes and do our best to contact the event coordinator and venue to make the delivery or pickup. In the event that there is no one present and we have to leave, there will be a $150 “Location Not Ready” charge and we will attempt the delivery or pickup at a later date. In the event that we arrive for a delivery/pickup during the confirmed times and we are unable to perform our services and are instructed to wait, there will be a $150 per hour surcharge covering our staff to wait until the location is ready to accept our services.
Rain and Wet Furniture/Equipment:
Customer shall ensure that the equipment rented is protected from rain and wet conditions of which will damage the wood, materials, fabrics, coatings, plastics and electronic components. This means making proper rain accommodation and protecting the equipment rented and storing them in dry areas. Customer will be responsible for the extra costs for cleaning, processing, restoring and replacing equipment left in wet conditions. Wet equipment on pickup will be charged a fee starting at $150.00 for basic cleaning of wet furniture.
Lost LED Furniture Remote Controls:
All LED furniture rentals include at least one remote control for the interior candy lights. If any remote controls are lost and not returned within 7 days of the rental there will be a replacement fee of $40 per remote.
