This is a fine 18th century Hepplewhite style serpentine sideboard hand crafted by Vision Furniture Int'l in Europe using the finest Mahogany veneers and raw materials. This is a classic antique reproduction that will compliment well any dining room, hallway, foyer or office.

The Wood & The Finish:
This sideboard is beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. The outside features a classic mix of flame mahogany, ribbon mahogany, and satinwood veneers as decorative inlay and tasteful banding. On the top, you will find slip matched flame mahogany with a satin wood band.

 The finish is a French Polish style, hand rubbed finish, using lacquer. In this finishing process, the final layer of lacquer is cut using steel wool to achieve a nice, subtle, antique luster. The finish is not high gloss and the stain is a brownish red mahogany.

Since this is an antique reproduction, this piece does not have to match exactly the furniture in the room. As a nice accent that will resemble an acquired antique or heirloom, this unit will add tremendous quality and presence.
